About J&O Global

Connecting Taiwan with international business.

J&O Global is a new, founder-led business based in Taiwan. We help Taiwanese companies present themselves to international customers and international companies research and connect with Taiwan.

A Taiwanese-American perspective

J&O stands for Joann and Owen, a Taiwanese-American husband-and-wife team. The business brings together native English communication, digital execution, hands-on research, and Taiwanese language and cultural context.

We are starting with work we can responsibly deliver: international presence reviews, English localization, websites, sales materials, buyer research, and supplier research. Deeper international sales and sourcing support will develop with experience and clearly defined project needs.

Time-sensitive operations and delivery are led by Owen, so projects do not depend on Joann’s scheduled availability.

How we intend to earn your confidence

Useful work first

Explain what could improve and why. The free review should be useful even if you never purchase implementation.

Facts before claims

Use information your business can substantiate. Verify technical and commercial details rather than filling gaps with impressive language.

Direct communication & clear scope

Work directly with Owen. Agree on deliverables, inputs, boundaries, and responsibilities before the work begins.
